Our Discord server has been up and running since the start of the pandemic last March. We needed a place to all get together (from the comfort and safety of our own homes) to hang out, chat about modules and projects for the course and keep the community spirit alive and well.
Having a close knit group of students is super important to us, and it's something we strive for. Our usual pre-covid studio is set up so that we're all in one space, working alongside each other regardless of what year you're in or what module you're working on. We wanted the same for our online community, and so the Discord server was born! We've now opened this up to applicants, and they have their own dedicated channel to ask questions, chat with staff about the course, get advice from students and meet other people they'll be studying with once they start!
